Summary
Welcome to Baldwin Court Condominiums! Prior to 2011, the Baldwin Court Condominium Association has fallen victim to many of the same economic conditions which have affected similarly-sized associations in the area. It has had a very negative impact on the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of some of those associations.

The current Board of Managers of BCC is committed to revitalizing our community.

Goals
• Health (cleanliness, pest control, etc.)
• Safety (video surveillance, security services, etc.)
• Welfare (community events, pool attendant, etc.)
• All Owners pay on-time and in full (fairness)
• Raise the property value of our investment
• Respect for each other and for the Common Elements

Plan
• Utilize a professional property management firm or bookkeeping agency to provide assessment collection, parking sticker issuance, pool pass issuance, vendor contract negotiation, etc.
• Utilize a collection attorney to insure that the Association receives all the money it is owed
• Enforce the existing BCC Rules and Regulations, the same rules which have been recorded with Cook County
• Provide transparency to Owners regarding policies, bookkeeping, etc.
• Utilize connections within the Village of Palatine to provide assistance on a variety of matters
• Organize community events to build a sense of trust and camaraderie
